How to use the website

At the top of DRESS BEFORE FLIGHT (official JetSeam distributor) homepage, you will find the main categories: MAN, WOMEN, ACCESSORIES, BOX and OUTLET.

Select the corresponding category, and you will discover all the available products. The presence of filters on the left side of the page will assist you finding more rapidly the product you desire.

Once you are in the product page, add to the cart the quantity and select any tailor personalization required, then click on “Add to cart”.
When you are satisfied of the products selected, click on the cart symbol that you find on the top right corner of any page you are in. You will be redirected to the payment and shipping page.

Below the quantity field you can see the “size guide” link that will forward you to the size table of that specific article.
Take your measures using a tape measure, find them on the table and choose the correct size. Remember that if you find yourself being between two sizes, you can request our tailoring service. You will receive your JetSeam products ready to wear without loosing time!

SHIPPING

Shipping cost varies depending on which country are you in. In Italy and towards most European countries the shipping cost is of only 6,00€. We offer shipping free of charge within Italy for a purchase above 100,00€. At the cart stage, you can calculate yourself the shipping costs.

If the shipping will be within Italy, we will use courier BRT. For shipping within Europe we will use DPD or UPS, depending on the country of destination.

We do. However, if your country is not present in the shipping list, please contact us to have a personalized quotation.

Dispatch times are between 1-2 business days. If the order contains any tailoring modification the dispatch time increases to 10 business days.

Returns

If you need to return or exchange an item of your order, contact our customer service writing an email to info@dressbeforeflight.com specifying your order number in the subject, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. No. The only reason why a tailored item can be exchanged is if it has manufacturing defects. However this situation is highly unlikely to happen, as before tailoring the item, our team will carefully check its conditions.

After receiving your order back, we will check the conditions of all the items. If they are in line with our return terms, you will receive the refund within 7 business days.
