We accept returns within 30 days from the date of order receipt. After 30 days, we won’t be able to accept any returns.
DRESS BEFORE FLIGHT offers free returns for exchanges within Italy.
Returned products must be in the same condition as received. They should be unwashed, undamaged, and must include all original labels. The product must be returned in its original packaging.
Once the return is received and verified to be in correct condition, we will issue the refund within 7 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your bank or payment method used.
Items purchased from the outlet section and items that have been tailor-altered are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Pack the product securely using the original packaging. Ensure all labels are intact. Include a copy of the invoice or receipt inside the package.

Ship to the address given by our customer service.
(for orders within Italy, you will receive a prepaid shipping label if you asked for an exchange).

Once the return is received and the product’s condition is verified, we will process your refund or exchange.
